Our charges for transport and delivery of your parcels or goods will be made following our current tariffs when a Contract is made or as otherwise agreed between the Customer and Space Logistics in writing.
Delivery dates are given in good faith by our company to show estimated delivery time and you can take advantage of our Same Day Delivery Services to get delivery on the same day you book your goods with our company.
We have no obligation to provide any power, equipment, or labour to load or unload the Consignment from our vehicle. You or your representative ordering on your behalf, must specify any particular equipment that is needed to load/unload the Consignment at times and location mentioned in the Order or for storing the Consignment at our company’s premises. If we are instructed to load/unload or store any Consignment using the Customers’ equipment shall hold us harmless against any claims in respect of
If we are unable to deliver a Consignment for any reason, we will give notice to the Customer and the Consignee that the Consignment will be sold unless within the time specified in the notice. The Consignment can be collected from us between that period.
Unless the Customer has made specific arrangements for insurance with us before the commencement of Transit of the Consignment, we shall not be liable to the Customer for any loss, wrong delivery, or damage to the Consignment or any part of it in connection with any reason or event outside of our reasonable control. We are not liable for any seizure or forfeiture under legal process, insufficient or improper packing, improper labelling, or addressing.
